How the new brunch works
Every Sunday, from 12:00 to 3:00 pm, guests can sit in our historic cellars or, in fine weather, in the garden. The breakfast buffet remains, while the rest is à la carte, with hearty dishes such as scrambled eggs, stuffed focaccias, seasonal salads, and desserts.
Our kitchen team prepares every dish to order: no waste, no unnecessary waiting. And of course, all dishes can be paired with Dianella wines, available by the glass or in guided tastings.
