The cooking classes at Villa Dianella Wine Resort allow participants to discover the culture of Tuscan cuisine by preparing traditional dishes in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
Guests, equipped with aprons, chef hats, and all the tools needed to cook, will prepare some of the most iconic dishes from Tuscany and the Vinci area—from pappa al pomodoro to panzanella with fresh tomatoes and basil from the garden, and fresh handmade pasta to the classic tiramisù.
The course is fun and creative.
At the end of the class, guests will have the chance to enjoy the dishes they’ve prepared during lunch, paired with Villa Dianella wines.
The course lasts about 3 hours and begins in the estate’s vegetable garden, where all the fresh ingredients are gathered. It then moves into one of the villa’s beautiful rooms, and ends with guests comfortably seated at the table to enjoy the fruits of their work.
