With the arrival of the warm season, the Bistrot delle Scuderie has renewed its gastronomic offer and updated its opening hours to welcome both old and new guests with seasonal dishes and even more attentive service.
A menu that changes with nature
The new menu reflects the philosophy of our cuisine: few dishes, well made, that respect the raw ingredients and highlight local products. Traditional Tuscan classics are always present, interpreted with a fresher twist when the season calls for it.
Starting with appetizers of selected cured meats, local cheeses, and marinated vegetables, moving on to fresh pasta or risottos enhanced with our own aromatic herbs. For the mains, carefully selected meats, fresh fish when available, and seasonal side dishes.
Special attention is given to desserts: homemade, simple, yet always indulgent — like ricotta cake or cantucci served with a glass of Vin Santo.

Lunch: from 12:30 pm to 2:00 pm (last seating)
Aperitif: from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm
Dinner: from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm (last seating)
Sunday Brunch: always confirmed, but with a new formula.
Wednesday and Sunday evening: summer barbecue with steak.
The Bistrot is open every day with indoor and outdoor seating overlooking the vineyards.
