Wine Tastings

The ancient tufa cellar beneath Villa Dianella has been carefully restored, creating a tour experience where production, tradition, and education are beautifully intertwined.

The guided tour of the cellars takes visitors through the various areas used for processing and storing the wines—from the barrel room with oak casks, to the underground cellar and the aging and modern winemaking facilities.

Along the way, you’ll see many now-unused machines and tools that once played a key role in bottling, filtering, labeling, and corking.

Every piece tells a story, brought to life by the guide’s narration.

At the end of the tour, guests are introduced to Villa Dianella’s wines with a tasting held on the Bistrot terrace, offering a spectacular view of the vineyards and estate.

The wine tasting is paired with local traditional foods from the Vinci area.
