Beautiful place with spectacular service. We had a super relaxing weekend. The view is incredible and the food is excellent. We absolutely loved it. Ho partecipato ad una degustazione di vini a Villa Dianella ed è stata un'esperienza molto positiva. La struttura è incantevole e immersa in un'atmosfera autentica, cantina molto particolare e curata. La guida, Nicola, preparato, appassionato e capace di coinvolgere nel racconto del territorio e di ogni singola etichetta con grande chiarezza. I vini proposti sono tutti di altissimo livello, il mio preferito è stato "Il Matto": un vino dal carattere unico e dalla struttura impeccabile, che da solo vale la visita. Consigliatissimo a chiunque voglia vivere un'esperienza enogastronomica di livello, guidata da chi ama davvero questo lavoro. Tornerò volentieri per un soggiorno.

We had an incredible experience at Dianella Winery. The property is absolutely beautiful, with stunning scenery and a relaxing atmosphere that made the entire visit memorable from the moment we arrived. The staff were truly wonderful — welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the wines and the vineyard experience. Every part of the tour felt personal and well thought out. The wine itself was exceptional. Each tasting showcased the quality and care that goes into their winemaking, and it was easy to see why this vineyard stands out. One of the best parts of the experience was how accommodating the team was in helping arrange shipment of wine back to the United States after our tour. They made the entire process simple and stress-free. If you are visiting the area, Dianella Winery is absolutely worth the visit. Beautiful property, amazing wines, and outstanding hospitality.
Beautiful beyond words.
We arrived quite late in the evening, and the villa was hosting an event for more than 200 guests — the parking area was completely full. Fortunately, we met a kind member of the staff who guided us to the very last available space inside. That was the first sign of the exceptional service to come. Dinner was pure excellence — truly unforgettable. Every course was beautifully presented and tasted divine. Our Junior Suite was both elegant and comfortable, with a perfectly designed bathroom. The only improvement we could suggest would be to have the toilet and bathroom divided into two separate rooms for added comfort. Breakfast the next morning was another highlight: an extraordinary selection of dishes, fresh pastries, and local delicacies — all enjoyed with one of the most breathtaking views over the Tuscan landscape. In the morning, we had the pleasure of meeting the chef, who kindly showed us around the property — a wonderful gesture that made our stay even more memorable. We will certainly return for a few days next time. This is exactly the kind of place where one wishes to stay longer than just a night. The only small inconvenience was the number of mosquitoes inside the room — but, of course, that’s hardly the property’s fault and quite expected in Tuscany at this time of year.
You can visit Villa Dianella for a relaxing stay, for a tasting of our organic wines and olive oil, or to enjoy a meal on the terrace of the Wine Resort Bistrot with an open view over the estate’s vineyards and the Montalbano hills.

In the evening, guests can follow a food and wine pairing journey designed to highlight the nuances that emerge from carefully matched combinations.
The menu changes with the seasons, ensuring freshness and a constant connection with the territory.
We invite you to discover the dishes we have created, inspired by regional culinary traditions and by our family’s heritage, interpreted through the chef’s personal approach. Lunch offers light, fresh and balanced dishes, while dinner features a tasting menu of 3 or 4 courses, chosen from the daily proposals, with the option to pair different Dianella wines.
More than just a restaurant, Villa Dianella is a destination where hospitality, food and wine come together in a setting rooted in the Tuscan landscape.
