Il Bistrot delle Scuderie is the Restaurant of the Wine Resort at Villa Dianella in Vinci, near Empoli, less than thirty minutes from Florence: flavors and colors of Leonardo’s land
It is possible to come to Villa Dianella for a relaxing stay, to taste our organic wines and oil, or to dine on the terrace of the Bistrot del Wine Resort with a breathtaking view of the farm’s vineyards and Montalbano.
Tuscan Gastronomic Experience
At Villa Dianella, we celebrate Tuscan gastronomic culture with the utmost attention to quality, seasonality, and local authenticity.
Our philosophy is reflected in each of our activities and in our cuisine, which is created with respect for the seasons using selected ingredients—preferably organic and from our own production or from the best local farms and producers.
A special mention goes to the wine. Both at lunch and dinner, it is possible to enjoy the organic wines of Villa Dianella, a tradition and terroir. At 12 noon, by reservation, you can participate in one of the tasting programs that include a visit to the farm and historic cellars, while in the evening, you can embark on a food-wine pairing journey, to appreciate the myriad nuances and sensations that emerge from the proposed pairings.
The Menu of the Bistrot
The menu varies with the seasons, ensuring freshness and innovation, and is designed to enhance the authentic flavors of our territory.
Come and discover the dishes we have created, inspired by the rich culinary traditions of the region and especially by the traditions of our family, enhanced by the creativity of our chef. The lunch offering is fresh, light, and tasty, while in the evening, a tasting menu consisting of 3 or 4 courses is available, chosen from the day’s selections with the option to pair different Dianella wines.
The bistrot is open from Monday to Saturday with the following hours:
- Lunch from 12:30 to 14 last seating
- Aperitivo from 18:30 to 20
- Dinner from 19 to 21 last seating
Sunday features an à la carte brunch to close the weekend in a tasty, light, and relaxing way.
