At Villa Dianella, we celebrate the Tuscan food and wine culture with the utmost attention to quality, seasonality, and authenticity.
Our philosophy is reflected in every aspect of our activities and cuisine, with full respect for the seasons, using selected ingredients—either from our own production or sourced from the best local farms and agricultural estates.
A special mention goes to the wine. Whether for lunch or dinner, you can enjoy Villa Dianella’sorganic wines, rooted in tradition and territory. At 12 p.m., by reservation, you can join one of our tasting experiences, which includea visit to the estate and the historic cellars.The tour ends with a unique food and wine pairing to discover the many nuances and sensations that emerge from carefully curated combinations.

Our menu changes with the seasons, ensuring freshness and innovation, and is designed to enhance the typical flavors of our region.
Come and discover the dishes we’ve created, inspired by rich culinary traditions and our family’s heritage, reinterpreted with the creativity of our chef. Lunch offerings are light and flavorful, while dinner features a tasting menu of 3 or 4 courses, with options changing daily and always accompanied by a selection ofVilla Dianella wines.
The Bistrot is open from Monday to Saturday during the following hours:
