Dianella oil gives us a unique history, exactly like its taste: fruity but with a spicy note, a long and intense aftertaste with a fragrance that enhance the most refined palates and all the preparations of Tuscan and non-Tuscan cuisine; The Dianella olive groves are organically run and extend over about 15 hectares with plants of the typical varieties of this area: frantoiane, leccine, moraiole and pendoline. The resulting oil is a balanced blend of all these varieties, according to the Tuscan tradition and it is characterized by the scent of fresh olive and an intense characteristic hint of artichoke and green leaf. A unique product, fruity and fragrant.
