The joy of handmade pasta
This class gives participants the chance to discover Tuscan cuisine and culture through the preparation of traditional recipes in a relaxed and homey atmosphere. With aprons, chefs hats, and all the necessary tools, guests will prepare some of Tuscany’s most typical dishes, from “pappa al pomodoro”, a typical Tuscan soup made with bread, and using fresh tomatoes and basil from the garden, to tiramisu’. The course is both fun and creative.
INFORMATION REQUEST
Guests will be able to enjoy their own creations over lunch or dinner at the end of the class. Starting in the garden to gather all of the necessary ingredients and followed by the cooking in the Villa’s kitchen, the class lasts approximately 3 hours.
