The joy of handmade pasta
Villa Dianella’s cooking classes give the participants the chance to discover Tuscan cuisine and culture through the preparation of traditional recipes in a relaxed and informal atmosphere.
With aprons, chefs hats, and all the necessary tools, guests will prepare some of the typical Tuscan recipes: pappa al pomodoro or panzanella, traditional soups made with bread, fresh tomatoes and basil from the garden, homemade pasta and tiramisu.
The course is both fun and creative.
Guests, at the end of the Tuscan cooking class, will enjoy their own prepared recipes, with the possibility of Dianella wines pairing.
The class takes place in one of the beautiful halls of Fattoria Dianella, and finishes with the meal sitting comfortably at your table.
